Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, free coffee and tea all day and night, good value for money.

The hotel's location is very convenient with main attractions nearby. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean with helpful and friendly staff. the hotel offers early breakfast upon request and taxi services. Some rooms have a nice view of the inner courtyard.
Soundproofing is not great, so some noise from the corridors and staircases may be heard.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was very close to the city center and within walking distance of all the main attractions this city has to offer. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and we were impressed with the range of hotel facilities it offered like the free tea and coffee available for us all day long. Also, the staff were very friendly and attentive, going out of their way to help us with transportation and printing our boarding passes.

The hotel had a great location, just a few blocks from the city center, which was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and always willing to help us with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and had nice decorations that added to the overall ambiance of the hotel.
Our stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. The breakfast only offered the same few options every day and it was not adequate for a Christmas stay.

Great location, walking distance to main sights and 24h convenience stores nearby. Room was comfortable with clean facilities. Friendly staff who were helpful with directions and recommendations.
Bathroom was small and had drainage issues. Water would not flow down properly, causing inconvenience.
